얼마전에 풋셀 회원님이 올려주신 11바론스
shiekh 링크타고 들어가서 결제까지 마쳣는데 이런 메일이 왔네요.. 민증이랑 주소확인하려고 하는거 같은데.. 이거 환불해야 하나요?

Thank you for your recent purchase with Shiekh.com. Unfortunately our payment processor has put a hold for review on your order.
Please send me either a form of a recent identification or a utility bill (electric, gas, phone, etc.) that has your name and the address matching the billing address. Please feel free to black out any information that you feel is not relevant; we simply need your name and billing address to verify that we are shipping to the cardholder. This is solely done for the protection of our customer’s financial information. You may scan and email your document to me, or you may fax the documents to me at 909-605-7463. Please put attention “Web Billing Dept. and your order number”.

We also have a secondary payment method via PayPal, which we will not require you to submit any documents. If you pick this method please advise me that you have sent the funds via PayPal. The funds required for your order must be sent to support@shiekh.com. We will go ahead and void your original credit card transaction once we get a response that you will be or have paid via PayPal.

If you send a payment through PayPal, please reply back to this email with either your transaction ID or the email address used to send the payment so we can locate your payment.
